Time to update the blog...

Goodness me.... hehe... my last post was on 31 Jan 2010... and now we are already in mid march... Well... i am not finding any excuses for my laziness... but am real busy and tired... :P
So sorry that am not able to post any pictures here, else i will take a longer time to post... :)

Let us go back to Feburary... a eventful month... :)

1. Little Princess 4th Birthday

Part 1 - We celebrated Xinru's 4th birthday in the childcare on 8th Feb, the actual day.... This year daddy did not make it to any of her celebration because he was busy working and working. Anyway, my sis was not working so ask if she wanted to go to the childcare with me to celebrate Xinru's birthday and we went over with the cakes, cupcake and goodies bag... Of course, Xinru was so happy to see us there... :) That day, i was early to pick her up because i want to bring her to Ajisen for dinner... :)

Part 2 - I believe Xinru's has good bondings with my cousins and cousins in law... Xinru told me that she would like to celebrate her birthday at home with her aunties and uncles (my cousins). I was kind of surprised because she never has such tots before. Anyway, i told her that i will try to ask if they (my cousins) are available to come over with such a short notice... and so happy that, everyone of them appear in my house.... :)
Here, i would really like to thank all my cousins and cousins in law for coming to attend the last minute party... we have lots of fun.... :)

2. Chinese New Year is here!!!!

Part 1 -
As usual, our trip back to Penang was from 10 to 15 Feb 2010. This year, we went back earlier 1 day because we could not get the air tickets. As hubby was busy with his work, i got to make sure everything was ok and we can depart as per scheduled. Thank goodness that everything went well.
We stayed at the hotel which has been newly renovated lately and the stay was fun. This time round, the weather was very humid and hot there. And since we have got last minute shopping to do, we were quite tanned when we came back to Singapore... haha....

Part 2 - 正月初二
We normally go over to my 3rd uncle's place on the day we reached Singapore. This time round it was the same although Grandma is not at Uncle's place... We had fun and lot of laughter whenever we are with my cousins and relatives... :)

Part 3 - 正月初三
Little Kayden's baby shower was on the 3rd day of LNY. We went over in the late morning and at the same time do house visiting to my dad's place... kekeke

Part 4 - 正月初七-人日
Happy Birthday Everyone!!!!
Finally we managed to visit Hongbao River this year and it was on the last day. It was at the floating platform this year and we enjoyed looking at the lights and display there. I think the person who enjoyed most was Xinru. She gets to play the rides at Uncle Ringo funfair and trust me.. this little girl loves to play those exciting rides and when she was at the Merry GO Round station, she felt so unhappy and bored... :P
We also managed to see 'live' fireworks when we reached Marina...

Part 5 - 正月初八
On the day that we went over to Kayden's baby shower, i managed to get my cousins to come over my place to have steamboat and mahjong session... Am glad that everyone make it and we have our 'Lo Hei'. Well, fun and laughter is a MUST and never will missed whenever we all get together... :)

3. Xinru's 1st Ballet Lesson

Xinru started her 1st ballet lesson on 21 Feb 2010. Initially we thought that we will not be able to sit into the class with her, but the teachers mentioned that since its the 1st lesson, parents are welcome to sit in.
Thru the lesson, Xinru is interested and enjoyed her lesson well.... When the lesson came to an end, she will always be anticipating her next lesson. Hmmm at least, its something that she wanted to take part in... :)
