Penang Trip..

We were on a short holiday from 23-26 June to visit our family at Penang... This time round, arranged with hubby's younger brother to go back together...
It was a short trip but almost everyday we spend our meals with the families... I would say it was a fruitful one especially we will not be going back the coming lunar new year... This trip basically we went to visit hubby's grandma and spending time with the family...
Hubby told brother in law that I wanna eat Penang durian and he drove us to eat when we are returning to the hotel after visiting grandma... Thumbs up for the durian... Definitely taste a lot better than SG... Keke
Other than tat, this time round, we only went to Tesco for shopping... Did not buy a lot of things back as it was quite tiring for me to travel far... :p
The rest of the time was spent resting in the hotel and we are all tanned coz we swam everyday when we are there....

Father's Day 2012

Today is Father's Day... Xin Ru has got e little card done on last Friday in school.. Told me secretly that she drew the card for daddy... On Friday night, when she reached home, she immediately kept in in Grandma's room cause daddy don't go to Grandma's room...

This morning hubby woke up and while I was in the toilet, I heard Xin Ru telling her daddy that 'daddy, I have something for you...' and when I came out, I saw her going to the room to get the card and went to the living room to present to her daddy... Daddy was of course smiling while reading the card and at the same time, she also gave a little gift from the Childcare...

As for me, I already planned to cook for hubby tonight... This morning went to the market for marketing. Xin Ru helped me thru the preparation and I stood till my legs n back are tired... When Xin Ru knew what I am going to cook, she says that 'wow, we are going to have a wonderful dinner' but no lah... It's only some simple dishes..

Bringing the blog alive..

All thanks to my dear fren, Jesline... It really does helps to me e blog more updated... I will try to blog more since its mobile... Lol
