This week's entry of posting..

Nothing much happen for the whole 1 week except that Xin ru is having fever on Friday till Sunday...

On Thursday nite, as usual, i put her to bed and suddenly she wake up and cried till very hard... She seldom cry in that way..... I dunno what happen to her.... then finally coax her to sleep.... When i tried to carry her to the playpen, she started crying out loud again... She sounds in pain.... Had a hard time coaxing her to sleep again....

On Friday got a call from the Infant Care but i did not managed to pick the call cause i was working at the selling floor, only after about 15 minutes after missing the call, then i realised that i have got a few missed call and hubby's message telling me that Xin ru is running a fever of 38.6 degree celsius. I called hubby immediately and after which i called the infant care to check out on her.

I took a cab to pick her up at the Infant care after work. When i saw her, she looks so tired... and immediately she wants me to carry her. She does not want to be in her stroller nor she wants to walk... So i got to carry her... After i got her in my hand, she saw her bb fren Zac crawling out of the room and when the teacher carried him into the room, Xinru showed me 'no more' then i ask her to say wave bye bye and to smile to her teacher... Although she is very tired, she still bid farewell and smile...

Halfway thru the road, i told her 'Girl, mummy hand pain pain liao...' then shortly, she pointed to her pram and tell me 'sit sit' so i asked if she wants to sit and she nodded her head.... and all the way back home....

When we reach home, i carried her straight to the room and put her on my bed, after she have her pacificer in her mouth, she turned to one side and fall asleep.... She is so tired... then as usual, i monitor her fever thru few hours interval and told hubby that i would want to bring her to the doctor if her fevers is still high....

Saturday morning when i woke up, her temperature was not so high already... So monitor the temperature and if it shoot up again, will either give her the paracetamol or bring her to the doctor... Hubby got to work tat nite, so i have to take care of her alone... When hubby left for work, i carry Xinru to the window to see hubby.... Then instead of waving good bye, she threw her pacificer down thru the window.... hehe.... Then faster call hubby to pick the pacificer back for me...

After he passed me the pacificer, he left for work... Then i bring Xinru to the room to sleep... She asked for 'tu tu' then i tell her that she has thrown in away so tonight there will not be any tu tu for u... and she fell asleep without it...

When the time is here to measure her temperature, i found her temperature up again to 38.6 degree celsius.... Then i gave her the paracetamol immediately to bring her temperature down.... Lucky, her temperature went down to 37.4 degree after few hours... then i went to sleep....

Sunday morning which is today, she woke up at 6am+ gave her milk and she cry again... then sleep till 7am+, wake up cry again and fell asleep till 8+.... This time round she did not cry liao.... Phew..... Then my mom say since she is awake, why not we bring her out to eat and buy somethings lor....

Initially din really want to go out cause Xinru has yet to recover fully but she has been telling me that long time din bring Xinru out together lioa... so ok lor.... go lor.... Daddy drive sis over to my place and then send us to Hougang Mall.... We had pepper lunch for bunch then went over to Compass Point to do some shopping and went home...

And thru the day out, Xinru seems to have recover... hehe so strange... and she is so happy when we reach home... and shortly after we reach home, i let her take her nap.... All the way till 5pm+ then she wake up for milk then bath her cause i din bath her yesterday and tis morning. After the bath, she played with her toys then when time came for her to sleep, i accompany her to sleep and just now when she wake up for milk around 11pm+, she actually finished her 180ml of milk.... I am so happy cause yesterday and today, per milk session, she only drank 110ml and porridge she only ate 1/2 yesterday and 3/4 today...

She has a new Baby Doll

Last night was at the living room with Xinru when she suddenly just say 'mei' a few times.... was puzzled what she meant....

This morning, the puzzle is solved... haha....  When i was in the toilet, about to come out of the toilet, i heard her sayin tat again and she point out to the living room....  So i carried her out to the hall and she went to sayang her baby doll and call 'mei mei' meaning younger sister in chinese.... hehe so cute... then i ask her 'where is mei mei?' then she pointed to the doll... and i ask her sayang mei mei and she gave the baby doll a kiss... so sweet....

and when i tell her tat i am going to work, she shook her head... so i went to call hubby out to accompany her.... hubby came out of the room and ask if she wants her milk, guess what... she walk to the kitchen, standing at the gate there and say 'there....' then hubby went over the kitchen and she follow and she walk to the cabinet there and point to the milk powder and give out a laugh.... so cute.... then i bid her goodbye and she wave and french kiss to me.... isn't she sweet....

Maybe i shall start from this posting to update those little pictures and cute video of Xinru once a week....

I have started out training Xinru to keep her own toys before she goes to nap or sleep.. This clip will show u how she kept her toys but so sorry... again my voice are recorded cause i need to encourage her to keep her toys herself.... Apparently she have not master the word 'put' and 'throw' so you can see her throwing her toys into the container....  hehe

Xinru's new breakfast

Has been giving Xinru the same breakfast on every weekend till i see liao also a bit sian... So last Sunday gave her a slice of bread with butter, something different and i am so glad that she likes it.  She was self feeding herself to the breakfast while i sit beside her and talk to her... It's kind of a nice feeling accompanying my own girl eating her breakfast.

Wedding Of Kathy and Fabian

We attend the wedding dinner of Kathy and Fabian at Meritus Mandarin with Xinru and hubby. Xinru has enjoyed herself walkin around the ballroom and playing with Sharon especially.... Cause Sharon will always show her what she has inside her bag because she wants to carry her... But Xinru will always go and touch her bag then when she wants to carry her, she will walked away... hehe so cute

Then when Xinru's favourite dish - Fish came, immediately she sit on her high chair and guai guai eat her fish.. haha The fish was a bit salty so i gotta give her water to go along... and guess what, Sharon try to toast a cheer to her and she actualli use her milk bottle filled with plain water to cheers back to her.... Then when she wants to drink water she will like call out for Sharon.... And when the waiter came to collect the plate of fish, Xinru like shouted at the guy like tat and makes the whole table of people laugh.....

After her fish, she started to come down and walked around again... Then walk to the other table where those who sit there are the executive level buyer and manager....

Jayne sent us home and on the way home, Xinru fell asleep in my arms and when i changed her when we reached home, she will continue her sleep..... She have tired herself out the whole day....

Only me and Xinru

Whenever hubby is not in, i will always take pics with Xinru and take video of her every little movement.... It's very cute and i love to do tis then show my hubby what he has missed when he is not at home... hehe

Tis slideshow shows me trying to disturb Xinru by taking pictures with her while she is watchin her favourite show, Barney and Friends... so u can actualli see that none of the pictures has her eyes at the camera... hehe

Long weekend last week

Friday - Good Friday
Last week was a long weekend cause of the Good Friday... but it was just those normal weekend for us.... a bit bored rite.... hehe...
Last Friday told hubby wanna bring Xinru out to walk walk... but he say dun wan... so ok lor... stay at home till later evening went for dinner and went to my auntie's house...
When we reached there, Xinru kept clinging to either of us, when we were not sitting with her, she dun dare to move and even cry... faint.... so big liao then like tat...
Anyway, after 15-20mins, my auntie tried to interact with her with the Piglet and Pooh bears and she open herself more liao....
Started walking around the house, ate the bread that my auntie give, then play with my aunt and uncle....
Shortly, my cousin came back... he rushed home upon hearin that we are still at his place cause he wanna play with Xinru... Initially, when Xinru saw him, she did not went to him.. then slowly, she k k go over, wanted to give him her milk bottle then U-turn again and give those cheeky smile... haha so cute.... after a while, my cousin send me home...

Hubby needs to work so did not go out...

We went to Hougang Mall's Havery Norman to develop some photos for her photo frame... hehe The photo frame was bought before she was born and we are suppose to put in her monthly face in the frame.... So went to develop... And she insist she wan to walk so we let her walk around lor... lucky she dun mess up the shop's things... if not so paiseh liao....
