Summary of tis trip....

We stayed at my mother in law place for tat few days.. frankly speaking, i am not really comfortable stayin there... so i told hubby that we will stay in the hotel from the next trip onwards.. Reason being that, my mother in law place is those kampong house one.. so there are a lot of ants and really very quiet... when the insects make the sounds, its quite uneasy to sleep... :P

Thru the trip, Xin Ru did not give much problem except when she is tired, she will make noise and wan to sleep.... other than that i would consider her very easy to bring along for travel. I have enjoyed travellin with her although it's really ma fan and tat we are travellin to JB to catch plane...

I am already lookin forward to the trip that has been booked for 14 Feb to 19 Feb 2007. We initially planned to go from 16-20th Feb 2007 but there was no air ticket already so we have to go back earlier and come back earlier....

Last day in Penang

Day 4 (12 Nov)
We have to reach airport by 1045am so early in the morning when i wake up, i went to bath and follow by bathing Xin Ru, did those last min packin and had our breakfast and left for the airport. We reach the airport around 1030am.. After checkin in our luggages, we went to Coffee Bean to have some drinks...

Chit chat and take some pics and time files pass, we need to board the plane liao... We bid farewell and ask what they would like us to bring the next time and went in. As usual, we got the the special lane and got the window seat..

Continuation of Day 3

Me and Xin Ru at Youth Park

After walkin around Youth Park, we went to Gurney Plaza, the only shoppin mall that we went to... Did not managed to buy lots of things cause hard to buy... In the end only bought 2 couple Polo Tee and 2 Barney VCD for Xin Ru....

After the shoppin session at Gurney, we proceed back home to rest cause we are going to hubby's grandmother which is Xin Ru's great grandmother's place.... We left the house around 5+ in the evening, as it was rainin, i bring Xin Ru cardigan along.. i managed to remember this time round.. hehe till 1/2 way thru the journey, i realise tat i din bring Xin Ru's milk bottle.. not even the small one... haizz so no choice.. but lucky we brought her biscuits along....

We reached hubby's ah yee place and there were so many hubby's ah yee.. All of them are so happy when they saw Xin Ru.. Xin Ru was ok with them.. let them carry, play with her toys... Initially, our plan was to go for steamboat dinner but as they say tat they were goin out for dinner also so we can go and eat at a restaurant instead... there were about 15 ppl... 4 yee po, 1 tune gong, mother in law, granny, sister in law, brother in law, 4 cousins, me, hubby and Xin ru... The dinner was no very soon... cause Xin Ru keep makin so much noise tat i could not eat and need the ah yee to help me carry her... tat was the only time that i quite fed up with her... hehe After the dinner, we went back and tat was the end of Day 3, our last nite at Penang...

Day 3 (11 Nov)

We will inform by our brother in law that we will have dim sum for breakfast on sat so early in the morning when we woke up, i bath Xin Ru, did all the necessary stuff. The dim sum that we went to everytime we went to Penang sells very fresh and nice dim sum.. hehe after the dim sum session, we went to Youth Park. There were a lot of ppl and we really sweat.. hehe Xin Ru enjoy herself on the Dinosaurs also...

First trip- Day 2

Day 2 (10 Nov)
ON the second day of our trip, we had breakfast at home, mother in law bought noodles for us and after eating, we went to pay our respect to my father in law. After paying our respect, we went to 2 temples. But both temples were not the one that i wanna go... cause the temple tat i had always want to go need to travel quite a distance...

Saw this pic?? there are a lot of pots behind us, each pot represent 1 thing like Harmony, Happy, Luck and etc.. I tried serveral time and manged to toss a coin into the Harmony Pot.. i choose tat because i hope my family and my brother in law family will all live in harmony... My brother in law actually managed to toss in 1 coin each into Luck and happy pot....

After visiting the temples, we went back home to rest and we went to the restaurant that my mother in law works in for dinner... We ate crabs, sotong and prawns mostly all seafood for dinner... i was quite sotong... just before we went out, it was rainin heavily but i forget to bring out Xin Ru cardigan.. I myself felt cold in the restuarant so i think she should be feelin cold... hehe

First time travellin with Xin Ru-Day 1

We bring Xin Ru back to Penang to visit my mother in law and relatives. It was a 4days 3 nites trip. We depart on 9th Nov in the morning and came back to Singapore in the afternoon on 12th Feb 2006.. Here's what we did during tat few days there...

Day1 (9th Nov)
We left home around 7am and reached Senai Airport around 850am. Thru the journey, Xin Ru was awake and happily watchin the people walkin here and there at the Woodlands Check Point. At the custom, i was carryin Xin Ru on the carrier and when it was our turn, the officer look at Xin Ru and ask "is a baby gal?' and i say 'ya' and was thinkin she is wearin a clip so should be a gal rite... hehe After the custom, we took the bus to Malaysia and after past the check point, we board another bus to Kotaraya Terminal... The jouney was about 45mins.. On the bus, Xin Ru fall asleep and when we reached KotaRaya Terminal, just nice she woke up...

Shortly after we reached the airport, we went straight to check in and check in our luggages, gave Xin Ru her feed and change her diaper and it's time to board the plane....

as we are travellin in a family, we are able to board using the special lane, although we were join the q quite late, we are still able to get the window seat... hehe The plane took off around 1030am. We try to give Xin Ru pacificer so that the pressure will not make her uncomfortable..

We finally reached Penang at 1130am... My brother in law and sister in law came to pick us up at the airport. When we reached my mother in law place, my brother in law carried Xin Ru over from me to look for my mother in law... They were really happy to see her for the first time.... After settling down, we went to rest for the day.. We had dinner at my mother in law place on the first nite....

Announcement!! Xin Ru knows how to sit up herself liao....

Last weekend, hubby told me that he saw Xin Ru sitting up by herself when she is on her tummy, i got ready my video cam to standby to video it down but i din manged to do tat... haizzz
Last nite, hubby told me again that he seen her doin that a few times already... i still din manged to see tat...

Then this morning, when i woke up, Xin Ru wake up to drink milk... then when i was about to leave the house, i put her to her playpen and let her sleep... and i left the room...

At the doorstep, i realise tat i forgotten to bring something.. so i went back to the house and to my room, when i step in, xin Ru was sittin up and playin with her Fisher Price Piano and hubby was on the bed not lookin at her... And when i saw that, i ask Xin Ru 'Darling, what are u doin?? how come u are sitted up??' then she just look at me and smile happily.. hehe Hubby heard me and turn to see her and say 'ai...' hehe... i was so happy that she is able to do tat liao cause she has been lifting her butt since few weeks ago but just lazy to sit up... hehe

Collection of Xin Ru's Passport - One

After bringing Xin Ru down to do her passport on 30th Oct, the passport is finally ready to be collect on 3rd Nov but we went down to collect on 4th Nov, saturday instead....
We left house around 11am+, waited so long for a cab.... Reached there at 12noon.... The q was very long, when we were there, the q number was only 600+, and what's our number... Our q number is 1527!! wow... so far.... so, we went to the Caferia to take breakfast, sit there and wait.. basically just do nothing there....

While waitin for a cab.. the weather was kind of hot... see her expression...

By the time when it's our turn, it was already 430pm.... We have actualli spent 4 and 1/2 hours there.... felt so tired after that.... The collecting of passport was less then 5mins... *faint*

After collecting, we went to Suntec City to buy luggage for the comin trip, after that we proceed home already... Xin Ru was really tired... after eatin some biscuit and drank some water, she fall asleep on me immediately..... Poor thing....
